Wednesday Work outs

$99 for 5 sessions + a free session (8 weeks to use your sessions)

Personal Trainer Alicia will be taking you through your session ensuring you get maximum burn for your buck & butt!!
Kids will be entertained while you exercise so no finding a babysitter.
Sessions are under cover so no excuse it’s raining.
Enjoy a refreshing fruit platter after training. (Plus the kids get fresh fruit and milk as a snack).
There are no excuses come and feel great, have a few laughs with your friends.
